Queen and Double Studio

Our Queen and Double Studios include 2 beds (one queen and one double), 40″ LED/LCD TV, counter height fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with in room coffee. All rooms include  free breakfast. use of the heated outdoor saltwater pool, gas BBQ grills, gas stoves, lobster cookers and cooking utensils – we even do the dishes! Just return your rinsed dishes to the office. This room may have up to 6 steps onto a deck, please advise us of accessibility needs in advance.  All rooms are non smoking.  Max occupancy is 5 in an extra bed, rates are based on 2 people.

All rooms were updated for 2023 with new furniture and new lighting!

Sorry, no pets

We understand plans can change at the last minute, so to help we relaxed our cancellation policy. We now offer free cancellation and modifications up to 48 hours prior to arrival! No fees for cancelling or changing your dates with at least 2 days notice.

Fall 2023 Update: Pool will be open and heated with gas and solar through September 17th, solar heat only September 17-October 9th when we will close the pool for swimming. The pool deck will be open for sunbathing through October 22nd.
