The Queen Studio – no sofa. These rooms are pleasant, smaller and economical! Room includes counter height refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Includes Grab n Go breakfast, use of the heated outdoor saltwater pool, gas BBQ grills, gas stoves, lobster cookers and cooking utensils – we do the clean up! Return your rinsed dishes to the office. We understand plans can change at the last minute, so to help we relaxed our cancellation policy. We now offer free cancellation and modifications up to 48 hours prior to arrival! No fees for cancelling or changing your dates with at least 2 days notice.

Fall 2023 Update: Pool will be open and heated with gas and solar through September 17th, solar heat only September 17-October 9th when we will close the pool for swimming. The pool deck will be open for sunbathing through October 22nd.
