King Bed Studio

The King Studios include breakfast and have one king bed, counter height refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.  Guests may use the outdoor heated saltwater pool, gas BBQ grills, gas stove, lobster cookers and cooking utensils. Simply return your rinsed dishes to the office – we do the cleanup! This room has no stairs and is located on the sunny side. All rooms are non smoking. Maximum occupancy is 3.

Sorry, No Pets

We understand plans can change at the last minute, so to help we relaxed our cancellation policy. We now offer free cancellation and modifications up to 48 hours prior to arrival! No fees for cancelling or changing your dates with at least 2 days notice.

Fall 2023 Update: Pool will be open and heated with gas and solar through September 17th, solar heat only September 17-October 9th when we will close the pool for swimming. The pool deck will be open for sunbathing through October 22nd.
