Enjoy our 2 Bedroom Suites! New Plush Bedding 2 Queens & 1 Double Bed! This room includes WIFI, Refrigerator, Microwave, coffee maker, see complete list below! Includes our Continental Breakfast. All rooms include use of the heated saltwater outdoor pool, gas BBQ grills, outdoor gas stoves, lobster cookers and cooking utensils and pots & pans. We do the clean up!  This room has no stairs and is located on the sunny side. All rooms are non-smoking! Maximum occupancy is 6.

We understand plans can change at the last minute, so to help we relaxed our cancellation policy. We now offer free cancellation and modifications up to 48 hours prior to arrival! No fees for cancelling or changing your dates with at least 2 days notice.

Fall 2023 Update: Pool will be open and heated with gas and solar through September 17th, solar heat only September 17-October 9th when we will close the pool for swimming. The pool deck will be open for sunbathing through October 22nd.
